Sweet Home Police Department would like to invite persons 16 to 20 years old to join its Explorer program.
In the program, persons interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement receive training and a taste of what being a police officer is like. At the same time, the department gets a look at prospective officers who may eventually be hired.
