Sweet Home Police Department will participate in the annual Cops and Lobsters fund-raising event for Special Olympics the evenings of March 8 and March 9.
The event is organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics and Red Lobster. Sweet Home officers will volunteer their time as “celebrity waiters” at Red Lobster in Salem and receive tips for Special Olympics.
