These Sweet Home High School cheerleaders, along with football player Wade Paulus, center, participated in the 61st annual Shrine Game in Baker Aug. 3. The West team jumped out to an early lead and held on for a 33-32 victory over Paulus’ East squad. Paulus led East runners with 76 yards on a dozen carries. From left are Alex Olin, Breanna Froemke, Paulus, Taylor Thorpe, Natalie Thorpe and Mikayla Crompton. Cheer squad members were selected based on their performances at the state individual cheer competitions earlier this year.
