A crew from Aryes West Construction of Salem puts in a sidewalk at the corner of Oak Terrace and Terrace Lane Saturday morning, April 15, during a break in the wet weather. Joe Graybill, city engineer and acting public works director, said more than a dozen projects under way, most of them ADA ramps on corners. Some, however, like the one above link existing sidewalks, the installation of which typically are the responsibility of homeowners.
