Sisters defeated the Husky baseball team 7-0 last week at Sisters.

“Sisters is just a very solid baseball team,” Coach Dan Tow said. “Brent Smith competed very well for us on the mount and only gave up two earned runs. We made a few mistakes defensively that cost us some runs.

“Despite our mistakes on defense, we still did not score any runs, and you have to credit their pitcher and their defense. They made big plays to keep us from scoring and we only got a few hits.”

Brandon Martin, Carey Hintze and Tyler Emmert each hit a single for the Huskies. Harp led Sisters with three hits, and Harper had a double.
