The Family Eating Challenge, a series of classes geared to help parents develop ways to produce a healthy eating lifestyle for themselves and their children, will be held at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital beginning Jan. 26.
The classes run from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each Monday through Feb. 16. Cost for the four classes is $70.
Monica Fortin, RD, LD, CDE with SLCH, will lead the series.
The Family Eating Challenge will help parents who struggle witih serving children the right foods, knowing what is “normal eating,” getting their children to eat but not too much, eating disorders, poor growth and childhood obesity.
