Sweet Home’s cross-country team opened its season Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Marist Invite, hosted by the Spartans on their Eugene campus.
Coach Dave saw his varsity boys finish fourth with 87 points in a competitive race, behind Marist (54), Springfield (69) and North Eugene (80), and ahead of West Salem (112), Churchill (150), North Bend (155) and Junction City (202).
