Anne Marie Miller, 18, is the daughter of John and Diane Miller.
She graduated from Sweet Home High School this year.
She was active in cross country, Key Club, track and field, Future Business Leaders of America, the Book Club, the Art Club, the Forestry Club and the symphonic choir. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the honor roll.
She has been involved in numerous service projects, including stacking and cutting wood, building sheds, yard work, house cleaning and other volunteer work.
She enjoys reading, running, playing games with her family, watching movies and hanging out with friends.
“I wanted to get outside my comfort zone and do things I’d never done,” Miller said about the Sportsman’s Holiday Court. “I also wanted to get more experience working with people I wouldn’t ordinarily know or get to spend time with.”
She said her parents have been the biggest influence on her life.
“They are the ones who raised me and have taught me right from wrong,” Miller said.
Miller plans to attend Brigham Young University in January. She will major in engineering and minor in accounting.
