On Thursday, April 3, 95 people, including several from Sweet Home, participated in the Stand Up for Children Mile Walk in Lebanon. The event was organized by Dala Johnson with the Lebanon Police Department. The entire month of April is dedicated to child abuse awareness and what we can do to help educate ourselves and others about the growing issue of child abuse in our communities and how to stop it.
