Navy veteran Marion Fritts choke starts by hand the Veterans of Foreign Wars Sweet Home Post’s 1930 Franklin in anticipation of the upcoming Veterans Day parade. Stan Gray is in the driver’s seat. The vehicle has been part of the Sweet Home Post for more than 55 years, appearing regularly with post members and carrying veterans in the Sportsman’s Holiday Parade and the Veterans Day Parade in Albany.
