Sten Weld was named the water polo team’s offensive and defensive player of the year during the annual awards dessert held on Nov. 9.
Katie Turner also was named outstanding defensive player, and Jake Johnson also was offensive player of the year.
Most improved were Emily Claborn and Elric Benson.
The captain designation is determined at the end of the season based on daily leadership. The team voted Johnson and Turner as captains.
