Stephen Ray Nunnelley, 55, of Sweet Home died March 29, 2014.
He was born Aug. 4, 1958 in Oakland, Calif., the son of Raymond O. and Zella Mae (Dowling) Nunnelley.
He lived primarily in Porterville, Calif. before moving to Newport, in 1992, where he found work as a forklift driver in a fish processing plant. He later lived in Brookings and Klamath Falls, before settling in Sweet Home in 2011.
Mr. Nunnelley enjoyed riding motorcycles in years past and was “country-fied.” He drove a four-wheel-drive pickup more recently.
He is survived by his partner of 35 years, Lucinda Nunnelley of Sweet Home; son Matthew of Klamath Falls; daughter Lacey Nunnelley; sisters Patricia Alexandro and Loretta Brader, both of Petaluma, Calif.; and two grandchildren, with one more on the way.
Mr. Nunnelley was preceded in death by his parents.
