He was born Aug. 4, 1958 in Oakland, Calif., the son of Raymond O. and Zella Mae (Dowling) Nunnelley.
He lived primarily in Porterville, Calif. before moving to Newport, in 1992, where he found work as a forklift driver in a fish processing plant. He later lived in Brookings and Klamath Falls, before settling in Sweet Home…
