Sweet Home High School Future Farmers of America students were among placewinners in agricultural mechanics and interview competitions in Lebanon.

Competitors were Gurule, Parker, Stratman, and Peterson – three freshmen and one sophomore. Gerule was fourth and Parker was fifth overall. Shrieves was ninth in the advanced category.
