LCSO reported the incident began when a caller reported a reckless driver on Spicer Drive near Tallman Road headed toward Lebanon. The vehicle was initially reported as swerving all over the road and driving in the center of both travel lanes. OSP and LCSO were notified to look for the vehicle.
