Sweet Home Medicine staff additions planned

Samaritan’s Sweet Home Family Medicine clinic will add two new providers in the coming months, in its continuing commitment to provide high-quality health care to the Sweet Home area.

Rick Parrish, PA-C, will join the clinic in January. Parrish comes from Samaritan’s Geary Street Urgent Care clinic in Albany.

Samaritan has also received a verbal agreement from a family physician, who will join the clinic next summer in approximately August 2009.

In addition, Alan Blake, MD, recently rejoined the clinic after living for a year in Hungary working as a missionary. He is practicing family medicine and obstetrics, as he did at Sweet Home Family Medicine for nearly 20 years before going to Hungary.

Along with Dr. Blake, the clinic’s provider staff currently includes Dr. Tim Hindmarsh and Dorothy Albrecht, FNP as primary care practitioners. May Hindmarsh, MD, sees same-day and urgent-care patients at the clinic three days a week.

Rick Parrish, Alan Blake, Dorothy Albrecht and May and Tim Hindmarsh all live in the Sweet Home area.
