Sweet Home students named to OSU, Linn-Benton summer Honor Rolls

Names of local students who have made the Scholastic Honor Roll for summer term have been announced by Oregon State University.

A total of 228 students earned straight A (4.0). Three of them were from Sweet Home. Another 387 earned a B plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.

Sweet Home students earning a straight-A average during the summer term were: Leah K. Keesecker, senior, merchandising management; Paige V. Niemi, senior, exercise and sport science; and Nickalaus T. Turner, senior, merchandising management.

At Linn-Benton Community College, three Sweet Home-area students were named to the summer term Honor Roll, the college announced.

They were among students who earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for 12 or more graded credits during summer term, June to August.

These do not include pass/no pass or incomplete credits.

The Sweet Home honorees are: Kristen D. Forum, Renee L. Gerlach and Todd A. Tackitt.
