Well over 100 people turned out Saturday to run or walk in the second annual Sweetheart Run at Sankey Park.
Katie Wilcox, an organizer, said she had received a number of thumbs-ups from runners, who came from as far away as Vancouver, Wash. City staff organized the event, which raised money for summer programs at the Sweet Home Boys & Girls Club and city parks.
