Teen arrested after bomb threats to Albany school

A 17-year-old boy was arrested Monday, Feb. 10, after he allegedly emailed bomb threats to an Albany school, Albany police reported.

On Jan. 29,  Albany Police Department responded to Albany Options School after receiving emailed bomb threats from an unknown suspect. Officers searched the school, including utilizing an Oregon State Police explosive detection K-9, and determined the school was safe.
