There are some terrific people in Linn County who gave of their time to help those in need, turned frowns into smiles, and completed a task that few were interested in doing.
These are the people that became Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) volunteers through the sponsorship of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). They gave untold hours to help the senior/disabled population in Linn County decide on a Medicare D plan.
