On Tuesday evening, Nov. 23, the Sweet Home Elks Lodge served the public a free Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings.
I would like to personally thank all of the volunteers at the Elks and all of the donors that made this event possible. In spite of the inclement weather, we were able to serve nearly 140 meals.
