That’s 74 for the Class of ’39

Members of the Sweet Home Union High School Class of 1939 gathered July 11 at Skyline restaurant for their 74th reunion, which is an annual occurence in recent years. At left are the current class members who still are able to attend. Above is that class as first-graders. From left, in front, are Lyle Morehead, Melvin Davis, Johnnie Russell and George Turbyne. In back are Jeanette Smith, Gladys Jean Goeney, Lucille Paddock, Arlene Sportsman, Lelia May Morehead, Jean Smith and Jewell Nothiger.
