Theodore “Pete” William Musgrave Jr., 77, of Salem, OR died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, of complications from a stroke.
Pete was born January 6, 1936 in Sweet Home to Theodore Sr. and Barbara Musgrave.
He graduated from Oregon State University with a pharmacy degree in 1961, and he was a pharmacist for more than 50 years.
