Thomas Michael Adkins, 75, of Sweet Home, died June 28, 2021 following a two-year battle with heart disease and other physical problems.
He was born April 26, 1946 in Huntington, W.V., to Edward Lee and Thelma Lee (Blankenship) Adkins.
