Thomas Vere Smith, 66, of Sweet Home, died May 26, 2023, at Evergreen Hospice House in Albany.
He was born Feb. 11, 1957, in Myrtle Point to Kirkley (Blair) and Beulah (Comer) Smith. He had four brothers and two sisters.
