Thomas Owen Young, 86, of Sweet Home, died Aug. 19, 2016.
He was born in Gravel Switch, Ky. to Sylvester and Ruth Mae (Lane) Young.
He served in the United Sates Army B Company 231st Eng. from 1951 to 1953 and participated in nuclear tests in Nevada.
