Three arrests were made the morning of June 26 after a narcotics-related search warrant was served at 1250 Nandina St., #2.
Sweet Home Police Department, with assistance from the Linn County Sheriff’s office and the Lebanon Police Department arrived at the address at approximately 7 a.m.
During the investigation, detectives seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Louis Bradford Phillips, also known as Brad Phillips, 55, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Laura Thurber Phillips, 47, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Julianne Phillips, 21, was arrested for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used/sold.
A narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department due to reported drug sales occurring from the residence which is located within an apartment complex.
Several neighbors were concerned about the increased short-stay traffic and volume of disturbances coming from the location.
Louis Bradford Phillips has previous convictions for methamphetamine-related offenses.
A juvenile was removed from the home and placed with relatives.
