Sweet Home Junior High qualified 16 wrestlers for the district tournament Saturday at the regional championships at Central Linn High School.
Competing in the tournament were Central Linn, Harrisburg, Junction City, Elmira, Philomath, Monroe and Jefferson.
Placing first for the Tigers were Travis Thorpe, Brayden Newport, Jack Royer, Tristan Spencer, Kyle Watkins, Evan O’Brien and David McMullen.
Runner-up finishers were Nick James and Lucas Victor.
Third-place winners were Zach Luttmer, Isaac Schaffer, Keegan Stiles and Connor Ford.
Placing fourth were Christian Gregory, Gavin Walberg and Zander Ford.
