Angela Halsey and Tony Miner have announced their engagement to marry on Feb. 11.
Halsey is the daughter of Danny and Linda Halsey of 4299 Cabrillo Place, Halsey. She attended South Albany High School.
Miner is the son of James and Dorothy Miner. He attended Sweet Home High School. He is employed by Willamette Valley Rehab.
