Winston and Jean Trask will celebrate 50 years together on Nov. 14.
They were married on Nov. 14, 1952 in Vancouver, Wash.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Trask were born in Missouri and grew up in Sweet Home.
Their children include Sandy Van Cleave, Bruce Trask and Deanna Trask.
They have seven grandchildren.
Mr. Trask is a past exalted ruler for the Sweet Home Elks Lodge and has worked in the logging industry for 38 years as a heavy equipment operator.
Mrs. Trask worked for Willamette Industries for 22 years and is secretary at the Sweet Home Elks Lodge.
