Two men were injured Sunday afternoon when their truck ran off Quartzville Road at Milepost 18 into the Quartzville Creek bed.
According to Linn County Sheriff’s Office reports, dispatchers were notified at 5:11 p.m. that a vehicle had rolled over and had stopped at the water’s edge.
The passenger, who was not named, had serious injuries and was taken by Life Flight to Salem Hospital.
The driver had minor injuries and was taken to Albany General Hospital.
Names were not released because the case is still under investigation, according to Detective Randy Voight of the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
