Joshua David Robertson and Jason Alexander Dodge were sentenced on three counts of second-degree criminal mischief in connection to a series of slashed tires in January.
Sweet Home Police received reports that the tires on 17 vehicles at 13 households had been slashed on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29.
Robertson, 22, pleaded no contest and on May 30 was sentenced to the three charges and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 24 months of probation. He was ordered to have no contact with Dodge or the victims. He must pay $550 in fines and restitution.
Dodge, 19, pleaded guilty and was sentenced on May 27 to five days compensatory service with 24 months of probation. He must pay $1,205.25 in fines and restitution and avoid contact with Robertson and the victims.
Carl William Zietlow
Carl William Zietlow, 30, of Lebanon was sentenced May 16 in Linn County Circuit Court to more than 6 years in prison in connection to an October sex abuse case.
The victim was a Sweet Home girl.
Zietlow pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree sodomy and encouraging first-degree child sexual abuse and no contest to using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. A charge of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree online sexual corruption of a child were dismissed.
For the attempt charge, he was sentenced to 90 days in prison with 20 years of post-prison supervision. For the child display charge, he was sentenced to 70 months in prison. For encouraging sexual abuse, he was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
He must pay $600 in fines and fees. He may be eligible, March 2020 at the earliest, according to Department of Corrections records.
Kenneth Ray Faulconer
Kenneth Ray Faulconer, 20, pleaded guilty to third-degree rape and was sentenced to 25 months in prison on March 24.
A charge of second-degree sexual abuse was dismissed.
He also was sentenced to 24 months probation and charged $200 in fines and fees. He is eligible for sentence reduction and may be released in November 2015 at the earliest, according to DOC records.
He was arrested in Sweet Home on March 12.
