Valerie Ann Ford Billy, 55, of Sweet Home, died Oct. 6, 2014.
She was born Aug. 29, 1959 in Tucson, Ariz. to William Herman and Dorothy Lee (Harrison) Ford.
She came to Oregon in 1970 to begin farming in the West Stayton area with her family. She lived most of her adult life in Seattle, Washington and Yuma, Ariz. before moving to Sweet Home in 2002.
