She was born Aug. 18, 1958, to Roy Lee and Catherine Irene (Brown) Hoeser in Thibodaux, La.
She lived in Louisiana, Texas, Washington and Oregon, moving to Sweet Home 2020.
Vanessa enjoyed fishing, card games, playing dominoes and she liked to sing and dance.
