Veda Estelle Howton, 85, of Lebanon passed away Friday. She was born in Atoka, Oklahoma to Robert S. and Leona L. (Webb) Parker.
She has lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona and Oregon. She lived in Texas where she had three children. She divorced and moved to Mesa, Arizona where she met and married Art Howton. They moved to Oregon in 1965. In 1976 they moved from Scio to…
