Venita Grizzle, 60, of Sweet Home, died Jan. 22, 2008 at her home.
She was born Dec. 7, 1947 in Portland to Orville and Violet Venita (Stills) Compton. She lived her entire life in the Willamette Valley area.
She married Lionel Grizzle on May 7, 1970 in Vancouver, Wash. Mrs. Grizzle owned and operated Lebanon Bookkeeping and Tax Service in Lebanon for more than 25 years.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs, Lizzie and Jake.
Mrs. Grizzle is survived by her husband, Lionel Grizzle of Sweet Home; children, Cynthia Bese and her husband Scott of Tigard, Aaron Howell and his wife Heather of Albany, and Jennifer Daniels and her husband Ryan of Sweet Home; step-son Leon Grizzle and his wife Tammy of Sweet Home; and eight grandchildren.
