Vicki Lynn Vasseur, 57, lost a 16-year fight with scleraderma and kidney, disease due to complications from congestive heart failure, on Oct. 17, 2007.
She was born April 14, 1950 in Indianapolis, Ind., to James William Evans and Sarah Jane Evans.
Mrs. Vasseur is survived by her husband, Douglas Vasseur; mother, Sarah Jane Evans; two daughters, Annette Vasseur and Jennifer Harrington; two sons, John Vasseur and Cameron Vasseur; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Oct. 22 at the First Baptist Church in Sweet Home.
