Local organizations set up shop Saturday, June 3, at Sankey Park for a Volunteer Faire organized by the city.
Participants included the Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District, CASA, Sweet Home Rotary Club, the Sweet Home Library, the Sweet Home Singing Christmas Tree, SHOCASE, SHEM and Elder Services.
Participants said they saw a stream of residents during the four-hour event, who were interested in getting involved in the community.
