Walt Richmond
Walt Richmond, 78, of Eugene, passed away surrounded by family on Jan. 7, 2026.
He served his country and community with honor and virtue. Richmond served over 18 years on Lebanon’s Police Force, 11½ of those as Chief of Police.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Richmond; sons Brenton and Andy; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sisters Loreen and Arleta; and four nieces.
A service to honor his life will be held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 28 at East Side Baptist Church, 4045 Commercial Ave. Springfield.
He was a son, brother, husband, dad, uncle, granddad and great-granddad. He was a man, a good man! He was loved.
