He was born Oct. 31, 1960 in St. Maries, Idaho to Walter Charles DeVault and Sharon Lee (Barker) Stanick.
He spent time in Junction City and Troy, Mont., before coming to Sweet Home in 2002. He spent his last year in Prewitt Care Home in Albany.
