The City Council gets what could be a thorny issue next Tuesday, Sept. 28, when it takes up proposed changes to the city’s sign ordinance.
The ordinance and changes thus far proposed have gone through six work sessions or hearings before the Planning Commission. At the last public hearing, differences in opinion from those testifying were pretty clear.
