Sweet Home police arrested two persons in connection with a search warrant served at 941 13th Ave. on April 13.
Arrested were Daniel Kenneth Oberg, 22, for distribution of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of marijuana and frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold, and Tosha Nicole Miskey, 20, for two counts of first-degree child neglect, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used or sold.
Both were transported to Linn County Jail.
Two small children were removed from the residence and placed with the Department of Human Services, said Sweet Home Sgt. Jeff Lynn.
Police seized marijuana, scales, packaging material, drug paraphernalia and cash.
The search warrant was the result of an SHPD investigation that stemmed from numerous complaints from neighbors regarding the high volume of traffic coming to and from the residence.
