Husky water polo fortunes looked good last week as the boys downed Lebanon 20-10 and the girls pulled off a 17-16 win.
In boys action, Chris Bate popped in six goals, had two steals and seven assists in another excellent game. Frank Coulter had his highest scoring game of the year with five goals and one steal and his brother, Larry, added three goals.
Sean Martin added three goals and two assists and Jeff Ecker rounded out the fest with three goals and three assists.
Husky scoring by quarter was five, four, four, seven. For Lebanon, it was four, four, two, and zero.
In the goal, Casswell had nine saves.
For Lebanon, Mike Nichols was the leading scorer with five and Andrews had one.
The Husky girls also picked up a much wanted win, 17-16.
Nicole Starha had another exceptional game, scoring 13 goals, five steals and two assists. Amber Larsen added three goals and three assists and Ashley Anderson had one goal and one assist.
In the goal, Elizabeth Anderson had 13 saves.
For Lebanon, Callie Bennett had six goals and Missy Buchneil had five.
