Wayne A. Neddeau

July 23, 1924-Sept. 30, 2005

Wayne A. Neddeau, 81, of Brownsville, died, Friday, Sept. 30 at his home after a long battle with emphysema.

He was born in Cheyenne, Wyo. the son of Ernest and Mildred (Huff) Neddeau. He resided in Wyoming until entering the Navy in 1944 and serving during WW II. Wayne was discharged in 1946.

Wayne married Virginia Lungren on January 12, 1947 in Worland, Wyoming. They moved to Oregon in 1960 and settled in Brownsville in 1971. Wayne had worked for American Can now Georgia Pacific until his retirement in 1982.

He was a member of the Brownsville Christian Church and enjoyed woodworking, building furniture, riding his motorcycle and hunting.

He is survived by his wife: Virginia, children: Don Neddeau and Kay Ringle all of Brownsville, Jackie Quesenberry of Redmond, OR, Dale Neddeau of Oregon City, and Betty Peltier of Palm Harbor, FL, 16 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Donald, sister, Bernice, granddaughter, Anna and son, Charles.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 8, at the Brownsville Christian Church, 117 N. Main St., Brownsville. To leave an online condolence for the family go to http://www.hustonjost.com
