Will Chiaffino and Danielle Marie Berg became engaged Aug. 13 while on vacation in Sweet Home.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike and Patsy Bumberger of Wildomar, Calif. She is a 2003 graduate of Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Wash. She is a labor and delivery secretary for Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The prospective groom is the son of Gayle Ispas and the late Abe Ispas of Sweet Home. He is a 1994 graduate of Sweet Home High School and works in airfield management at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. He lives in Oklahoma City.
The couple plans an Aug. 13, 2011 wedding in Southern California.
