Lesly Esperanza Landstrom, 40, of Salem, was found dead in the area of Sheep Creek Road and Highway 20 on Saturday, June 25.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office released released her name on Monday, after family members were notified.
A man who was driving in the area saw her body outside her vehicle and called 911 shortly after 6 p.m. on June 25.
An autopsy was conducted Monday morning at the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s office in Portland, Yon said.
“The medical examiner was unable to find a cause of death and will wait for the toxicology reports to make a determination,” Yon said. “Toxicology results can take up to 90 days.”
