Construction crews are scheduled to begin moving into Wiley Park and other areas around Foster Dam on Wednesday, Oct. 17, to begin upgrading the dam’s adult fish facility.
Construction will continue through early 2014.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will permanently remove the east end of Wiley Park from public use to accommodate the new facility. Other parts of the park will also temporarily close, but the Corps anticipates keeping at least some sections…
