Zella Bee Irene Gaskey, 75, lost her battle with cancer on July 19, 2008 at home surrounded by her children.
She was born July 17, 1933 in Wickes, Ark. the daughter of James and Lois Rose.
Mrs. Gaskey worked for White’s Electronics for many years, retiring in 2003.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Vinson and husband Tom of Lebanon, Elaine Peargin and husband Rick of Hood River, and Debbie Pitts and husband Brad of Sweet Home; sons Harvey Bruce Gaskey and wife Karen of Sweet Home, Jimmy Steven Gaskey and wife Diane of Sweet Home, Wade Gaskey and companion Rain of Springfield, and Elvie Gaskey and wife Jody of Prineville; a sister, Ina Reves of Cove, Ark.; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, J.D. Rose.
A funeral service was held July 22 at Harvest Christian Center in Sweet Home, with final burial at Gilliland Cemetery.
