Dustin Thomas Ferebee, 42, was sentenced April 1 to 18 months of supervised probation and 10 days confined to jail following a no contest plea for first degree criminal mischief. Charges dismissed: Unlawful use of a weapon.
Kyle Austin Hanscam, 31, was charged April 8 with identity theft.
Kendra Lynne Montoya, 25, was sentenced April 1 to 150 days in custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections, and 24 months of post-prison supervision following guilty pleas for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin and first degree failure to appear. Charges dismissed: Failure to appear on a criminal citation and first degree failure to appear.
