Marco Levi Ashe was sentenced Aug. 7 in Linn County Circuit Court to 70 months in prison in connection with a June 14 home invasion robbery in Sweet Home.
In a plea agreement, Ashe pleaded guilty and was sentenced on charges of second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and third-degree aggravated theft. Dismissed were charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, second-degree theft and third-degree theft.
For second-degree robbery, he was sentenced to 70 months in prison with three years of post-prison supervision. For first-degree burglary, he was sentenced to 35 months in prison, and for first-degree aggravated theft, he was sentenced to 13 months in prison. All three charges were felonies.
He also was ordered to pay $600 in fines and fees.
Ashe was among four suspects arrested in connection to the case. Facing the same charges are Brian Lee Lindsay, 26, and Jacob Salvador, 21. Sirena Patricio was arrested and charged with first-degree theft and first-degree aggravated theft.
Lindsay is scheduled for arraignment on Aug. 18.
Salvador is scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 8.
Patricio is scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 11.
The charges stem from a June 14 incident when police responded to the 4900 block of Mimosa Circle at about 8:24 a.m. Three men at the residence reported that three other men had entered the residence and held one of the victims at knifepoint while removing a small safe containing a large sum of cash from the home.
No victims were injured.
Based on witness information, police identified Salvador as a suspect. Lebanon police arrested Salvador on June 14 on an unrelated Sweet Home warrant.
Sweet Home police located Lindsay when they executed a search warrant off Ridgeway Road. On June 15, Lebanon police located and arrested Ashe. Patricio was arrested in Lebanon on June 19.
Ashe, Lindsay and Salvador remain lodged at Linn County Jail.
